Abstract

In the comprehensive innovation of digital and integrated production mode, cloud manufacturing mode has been paid attention to by researchers. In essence, cloud manufacturing mode pays more attention to the integration of Internet of Things, cloud computing and other technologies in the innovation and development of manufacturing industry, so virtual manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity are analyzed and controlled in a unified manner. The core of cloud manufacturing mode is how to process and analyze massive manufacturing resources in real time. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the production resource virtualization and the processing direction of related resources under the background of cloud manufacturing, which involves system development, resource conversion, model construction and other contents. Detailed understanding of cloud in the system, on the basis of theory and market development needs, this paper puts forward the hierarchical model and the technical framework of cloud manufacturing platform, and during the period of design for manufacturing workshop resources contained in the operation and the logical relationship between the system analysis, the system hierarchy model is proposed for efficient and valuable, and provide theoretical support and technical guidance for further research.
