Abstract

In order to adapt to the development of increasing scale and complexly layout of electric vehicle(EV) fast charging station(FCS), as well as the trend of smart city, this paper studies on the adoption mobile Internet and mobile terminal to realize the intelligent parking system of electric vehicle fast charging station. In this paper, the system it examines identifies vehicles by scanning vehicles QR code, dynamically allocates parking space in the background, uses app to provide routing guidance, guides the orderly parking of vehicles, and starts the charging process through scanning the pile's QR code. In addition it puts forward integrated charging and parking billing model based on time-of-use electricity price to achieve card free payment through the mobile terminal. At the same time it also provides customers with charging status query, charging to complete reminder and other interaction services. The system can efficaciously guide electric vehicles to complete the rapid power supply, optimize the electric vehicle fast charge station operating model and economic outputs, provide quality service experience for vehicle users, and enhance the electric vehicle fast charge service capacity.
