Abstract

There are many problems in the traditional biochemistry experiment teaching, such as teaching content, methods and student performance evaluation methods are relatively old, and lack of training for students innovative spirit and practical ability. In order to meet the needs of the undergraduate education reform in the double first-class construction process and promote the development of the first-level discipline of biology, it is extremely urgent to carry out comprehensive reform of biochemical experimental teaching. This paper proposes that the reform measures of biochemical experiment teaching should include the following aspects: establishing a multi-level experimental teaching system, combining basic experiments, comprehensive experiments, independent innovative experiments and research experiments; comprehensively reforming the teaching arrangement of biochemical experiments, teaching methods and experimental assessment methods; building a high-quality teaching staff for biochemical experiment teaching.
