Abstract

The intelligent upgrade of manufacturing industry makes the IoT devices in factories and workshops increase dramatically, the data types and data structures of transmitted data become more and more complex, and the increase of intelligence makes factories urgently need a communication method with low latency, high bandwidth and large connection on the one hand, on the other hand, the traditional data storage and processing methods are gradually difficult to handle the rapidly increasing number and complex structure of IoT devices. The system is based on NB-IoT communication module and Hadoop big data platform, which can effectively realize the intelligent transformation of equipment and upgrade of data storage and processing methods in workshops and factories. The system has practical value in improving manufacturing production efficiency and reducing factory management costs, and has some reference significance for other industries to carry out intelligent transformation.
