Abstract

Based on the needs of campus network, this paper designs and proposes a dual stack IPv4/IPv6 network scheme based on OSPF protocol by analyzing and investigating the existing IPv6 transition scheme of campus network and thoroughly studying the deployment, redistribution and security authentication technologies of OSPF protocol. The campus network topology is simulated and verified by using Cisco Packet Tracer platform, which makes the design scheme valid and practical. Meanwhile, the scheme is universal for the construction of large and medium sized campus networks and the transition from IPv4 protocol addresses as the main means of communication to IPv6 coexistence network communication.
