Abstract

The generic thermal power unit system has the characteristics of large-scale and wide fluctuation parameters and the data is highly nonlinear. The development of big data technology has brought new opportunities for thermal power generation. This paper based on the running characteristics of thermal power unit briefly introduced the fault diagnosis criteria and diagnosis process on the basis of fault diagnosis research both in China and abroad. And then it raises a remote monitoring diagnosis platform based on the technology of data mining. Big data of remote diagnosis on thermal power unit is not only an important thermal power intelligent measure and also a means to promote the development of power industry. This technology reform will drive for coal-fired power plants.
