Abstract

In this study, the corrosion risk of coiled tubing under high pressure, high temperature and high sulfur conditions was investigated, and the protection solution was put forward. In this paper, spray paint is used to prevent corrosion of tubing, and the effects of high temperature desulfurization and nano super absorbent spraying agent are compared. The pressure jet spraying device is designed for uniform spraying during operation to improve corrosion resistance. Determine the best spraying position and monitoring point. The results show that nano-coating agent can prevent cracking and serious corrosion, and its application effect in oil wells meets the requirements. These findings support that anti-corrosion spraying technology on coiled tubing surface can effectively prevent tubing corrosion in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environment.
