Abstract
Abstract The inlet regulating valve of the turbine is very important to the control of the turbine. If the control is abnormal, it will create some uncontrollable safety risks, which may cause the turbine to trip, even to over-speed. The study of the structure and control mode of the turbine regulating valve shows some defects in the design of the turbine regulating valve in a nuclear power plant. In this paper, through the analysis of the fault mode, the method of fault self-diagnosis is studied, verified, and improved so that it has perfect self-diagnosis and intervention means, improves the reliability of turbine valve control, and eliminates the hidden danger of tripping.
