Abstract
Abstract Indoor large-length standard device is an integrated large-size measurement and calibration device, which plays an important role in large-size measurement and calibration technology. In this paper, an indoor standard device for large length based on linear guide is introduced. The uncertainty of the measurement result is 0.14 μm+1×10-7L. The device can be used to calibrate the laser interferometer and laser tracker located inside the triangle, the standard steel tape measure, special length scale and ground scanner located outside the triangle. Taking the calibration of ground scanner as an example, the application of large size measurement calibration technology is described in detail.
