Abstract

AbstractWith the development of domestic oilfields, people pay more and more attention to the development of medium low permeability heavy oil reservoirs, which has become the main position of increasing production. However, in the development process of medium low permeability heavy oil reservoir, the reservoir has the characteristics of low permeability, thin layer and high shale content. The heavy oil wells with conventional sand control technology in the early stage have the difficulties of rapid production decline, short thermal recovery cycle and poor development effect. Aiming at the development difficulties of this kind of heavy oil reservoir, this paper optimizes the use of fracturing sand control technology. This technology can form short and wide fractures for the development difficulties of thin interbedded heavy oil reservoir, such as strong heterogeneity and many interlayer, and realize the effective control of fracture morphology.
