Abstract

The electric control intelligent separate production technology uses cable to supply power to underground instruments, and can get every layer of pressure and flow parameters in real time. It can complete production adjustment without stopping well and any construction, with low labor intensity and high efficiency of measurement and adjustment. However, there is some inadaptability in the application of this technology in horizontal well. In order to solve these problems, tools such as cable joints, cable storage devices, and separation devices have been developed. By salvaging cables preinstalled in cable storage devices, the cable is passed through the oil pipe, avoiding the problem of extrusion and wear failure due to the cable tied to the wall of the oil pipe. The separation device is installed in each section, so that the pipe string can be segmented when it is jammed. At the same time, the underground two docking device is used to achieve the duplication of the cable signal, so as to meet the needs of changing the pump operation without moving the string [1]. A field test of four wells was carried out. The cable was built in the oil pipe for more than 2500 m. The cable pulling force was less than 50 KN. After docking, the signal was normal, all the downhole instruments were in controllable state, and the technological success rate was 100%. The technology improves the stability of the intelligent oil recovery technology in horizontal wells and lays a technical foundation for the large-scale popularization of the electronic control intelligent mining technology in the horizontal well.
