Abstract

Over the years, Vietnam has witnessed difficulties and challenges due to many subjective and objective reasons, including the Covid-19 pandemic, which has complicated developments that have greatly affected the health and people's lives, seriously affecting the economy and all aspects of social life. Meanwhile, the risks of macro instability and financial instability are increasing. Inflationary pressure increased due to cost-push factors and prolonged monetary policy. The economy contracted and the asset market corrected sharply, while budget spending on economic stimulus packages increased. With the impact of science and technology, the contemporary world has become a flat world, a global world.
