Abstract
2023 is the first year to comprehensively implement the learning spirit of higher authorities, the year of striving to comprehensively build a socialist modern country and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization, the year of practicing the official basic education policy, promoting the priority development of education, realizing the basic, strategic position and role of education, and solidly promoting the development of a powerful education country.
