Abstract
Background In recent years,with the rapid development of medical technology,much more attention was paid to the preoperative evaluation of difficult airway,and a great number of clinical trials were conducted on the treatment.However,it is still a challenge for anesthesiologists to optimize the existing anatomic landmark and clinical parameters in case of the race diversity.Objective To investigate the accuracy and reliability of difficult airway assessment predictors in clinical practice,and provide scientific reference for clinical practice.Content Briefly introduce the definition of difficult airway and summarize the capabilities and cutoff values of clinical predictors that commonly used in difficult airway assessment.Trend In addition to enhancing the capability of difficult airway prediction,anesthesiologists must also master emergency treatments to reduce the incidence of failed intubation.
