Abstract

Unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is a serious pregnancy complications that badly affects the physical and mental health of patients. The use of active immunization in the treatment of recurrent pregnancy loss with negative blocking antibodies has a long history, but its safety and efficacy have not reached consensus and its mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated. This paper reviews the current status and progress of studies on the active immunotherapy of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion with negative blocking antibodies.
