Abstract

The central nervous system (CNS)tumor is the major cause of death in childhood cancer tumor,and the pathological classification is complex,it is common in childhood with medulloblastoma,ependymoma,brainstem glioma,astrocytoma,eustachian and germ cell tumors,etc.This review will discuss molecular targeted therapy about the central nervous system tumors in childhood through the description of the newly discovered cancer gene subtype.
