Abstract

L'A. defend la solution du paradoxe de Chisholm apportee par P. L. Mott dans le cadre de la logique deontique et de la logique des contrefacteuls de Lewis, contre les objections qui lui oppose J. W. Decew. Developpant le systeme de Mott a la lumiere de la theorie des actes individuels de D. Davidson et a la lumiere du calcul des predicats du premier ordre, l'A. montre que la logique des concepts normatifs permet de resoudre les problemes de la logique des obligations, et ainsi sauver la position contrefactuelle de Mott des critiques de W. Sinnot-Armstrong
