Background: Reproductive health literacy plays a vital role in the health of women as one of the vulnerable groups in the community. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate reproductive health literacy and its related factors in women of reproductive age referring to comprehensive healthcare centers in Chabahar in 2021. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on women of reproductive age referring to comprehensive urban and rural healthcare centers in Chabahar. The participants were 220 women who were selected using convenience sampling. The data were collected using the Reproductive Health Literacy Scale and analyzed via SPSS software (version 22).
