Abstract
A clinical observation of a patient with celiac disease, aged 23, with severe form of osteoporosis, accompanied by atraumatic fractures bones, lameness, late onset of menstruation and pathology of pregnancy is described. It is emphasized that only a timely diagnosis celiac disease and timely prescribed treatment make it possible to avoid severe complications.

A clinical observation of a patient with celiac disease, aged 23, with severe form of osteoporosis, accompanied by atraumatic fractures bones, lameness, late onset of menstruation and pathology of pregnancy is described. Основная часть больных целиакией в настоящее время представлена пациентами с внекишечными симптомами, такими как анемия, остеопения, неврологические нарушения или репродуктивные расстройства. Среди всех больных целиакией 60–70% составляют женщины детородного возраста [3]. Проявлениями целиакии у женщин также могут быть позднее начало менструаций и нарушения менструального цикла в виде аменореи.
