Abstract

Nowadays, in most countries, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) play the role from the various aspects like economic, social, manufacturing and offering service. Therefore, the development of this sector has been considered in most developed and developing countries. On the other hand, the access to the local labour market can facilitate the development of this sector. This paper concentrates on the education of workforce in order to facilitate the development of industrial clusters and as a result the development of the country. The results show that if the intended policies apply, the cluster grow faster.
