Abstract

Guest Editor Olga Bukhina briefly discusses the history of children's literature in Russia and the USSR and outlines the current field of its study. She lists major publishers of and contests for these works today and important venues for conferences in the field. She outlines the articles by contributors to the Special Issue: Ekaterina Asonova, Mariia Cherniak, Olga Maeots, Irina Savkina, and Inna Sergienko (Antipova).
