Abstract
A new report based on a gathering of mental health thought leaders in 2022 offers a roadmap for establishing standardized benchmarks to evaluate outpatient mental health services. The report suggests that use of measurement‐based care should not be enforced by government mandate, but perhaps encouraged as a standard of care via provider licensing and accreditation agencies.
