Abstract

In our recent Letter we discussed the role of donor excitation natural decay in the charge and electron energy transfer processes. We turn our attention to the fact that, for the small lifetime of the donor's excited state, the existing theories of charge and electron energy transfer give asymptotically physically unreasonable results, which may be excluded by some correction in the theory.
