Abstract

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to the questions posed by Lin et al. regarding our manuscript, “Clinical efficacy of ultrasound guided bilateral erector spinae block for single level lumbar fusion surgery: A prospective, randomized, case-control study.” We considered the comments carefully and hope that our responses are adequate. Our point-by-point replies to the queries are given below. They showed that the bilateral ESPB was an excellent component of multimodal analgesia, with reduced total opioid consumption, improved postoperative pain control and increased patient satisfaction.
