I would like to correct one statement in the review that read: ‘‘...and were unable to locate or review an electronic version.’’ Indeed, an electronic version of this text is available for sale and downloading from a number of platforms, including Amazon and Springer (http://link.springer.com/book/10. 1007%2F978-1-4419-6041-2). In addition, the electronic version of the text may be accessible to readers through their institutional or personal SpringerLink account. Technical videos are planned for any subsequent editions of this monograph.
