Abstract
Promising methods of strengthening fast-wearing friction couples of drilling pumps are described. Advantage of application of plasma-jet powder hard-facing for extending the service life of cylindrical bushings and valve systems is shown. The results of laboratory and industrial tests of plasma-jet wearresistant coats (powders PN 50T45 and PG-SR4) on rods of NB32-NB125 type of pumps are reported.
