Rental Relations and the Development of Economic Methods of Management

Abstract

The urgency of investigating the theory of rental relations in the socialist system of management is determined by a number of circumstances — especially by the need to substantiate proportions in social production and the criteria of its effectiveness and to stimulate the optimal use of all national economic resources and the improvement of distributive relations. The solution of these problems presupposes the further elaboration of the theory of differential rent under socialism and, on this basis, the development of practical forms of rental relations in the national economy.
