Abstract
Endovascular techniques for complex aortic aneurysm repair include fenestrated endovascular aortic repair, branched aortic grafts, and parallel stent-grafts. These require durable stent-grafts to maintain renovisceral perfusion and limit endoleak and gutter leaks, specifically the occurrence of type Ic endoleaks between stent-graft and distal target vessel attachment and the occurrence of type IIIc endoleaks between renovisceral stent placement and fenestration of the main aortic graft.
