Abstract

Moscow, as a megalopolis, implements a number of investment megaprojects, one of which is the state investment renovation program of residential buildings of the first period of industrial housing construction. This program will ensure effective interaction between the government of the capital, civil society and business structures. The renovation program solves several complex problems. The solution of these complex tasks is aimed at improving the efficiency of urban management with the active participation of residents in the management. It can be noted that this will be possible due to the integration of smart city technologies, the introduction of the model “smart city - smart district - smart home - smart apartment”. The “Smart city” project will unite all information programs working in Moscow. A key role in the creating of the model “smart city - smart district- smart home - smart apartment” is given to residents. Together with the residents of the districts, the basic principles of the state program of housing renovation have been developed.
