Abstract
A 74-year-old man with hypertension presented with foamy urine and intermittent right upper quadrant abdominal pain. He had undergone 2 sessions of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for right renal stones and shock wave lithotripsy 6 months before for residual stones. Abdominal computed tomography showed stones in an irregularly shaped right kidney and abscess formation that extended through the colon and was communicating with the duodenum.
