Abstract
Introduction - The treatment of patients with acute type B aortic dissection (ATBAD) combined with malperfusion syndrome is challenging. The aim of our study was to analyse frequency of renal malperfusion (RMP) among patients with ATBAD, and its impact on management and outcome of the patients.
