Abstract
目的 探讨经结膜入路摘除肌肉锥体内海绵状血管瘤的适应证选择、手术方法及技巧.方法回顾性分析2003年1月～2004年12月我院经结膜入路摘除肌肉锥体内海绵状血管瘤21例.结果经结膜入路均可顺利摘除肌锥内海绵状血管瘤,无明显并发症.结论通过术前准确定性,正确定位,判断粘连程度,来选择结膜入路可以安全而简便地摘除肌锥内海绵状血管瘤.
