Abstract

The remote monitoring of automatic production line is a hot topic in current research. At present, the data of equipment operation status for remote monitoring cannot be acquired in the process of automatic generation. In order to obtain the information of equipment operation status, a remote monitoring system for automatic production line based on Internet of Things technology is designed. A STM32 microcontroller is selected as the core, which can collect the main data of the production line by temperature and humidity sensors, ultrasonic sensors and photoelectric sensors. Then the data obtained is sent to the cloud platform by the wireless communication module and MQTT protocol. Finally, the equipment operation status of automatic production line is shown on a remote computer in real time. The hardware platform is built and the corresponding software is programed. The results show that the system work stably, the remote monitoring of equipment operation status for automatic production line is performed successfully.
