Remote Controlled Painter Combined Window Washer using Quadopter

Abstract

Painting is a process that requires a lot of smearing of paint on the surface of any item or wall. Painting a wall is a time consuming and stressful process. It is also a perilous, dreary and grueling method. Similarly, window cleaning for multi-storey building. Painting or window cleaning had been automated in most of the automobile industry, but it is not yet instigated for the commercial and residential building construction. Construction is an imperative part of any country’s infrastructure and industrial development. Remotely operated Vehicle will move to paint the interior and exterior building wall. In this paper, the design and implementation of remote operated wall painting or window cleaning vehicle is presented. It has a gun spray the painting material on the walls, clean window and is fitted on a vehicle which is remotely controlled. The main aim of the method is to satisfy the underpinning of reducing man power, time consumption, simplicity, easy handling, and smooth wall painting.
