Abstract

We consider the Ginzburg-Landau-Chern-Simons model with defocusing or focusing potential. For the model with defocusing potential, the existence of global in time solution is shown for the $H^1(\mathbb{R}^2)$ initial data. For the model with focusing potential, the nonexistence of global solution can be shown for the initial data with negative energy.
