Abstract

Islamic holiday activities carried out by some people, especially in Manarap Tengah Handil Bahalang Village, Kertak Hanyar District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province, are very interesting to study considering the conditions with religious values, this is of course beneficial for religious and social life as well as having a good relationship. charity. The values of commemorating religious holidays in the community in the village of Manarap Tengah Handil Bahalang include the following values, namely the value of faith, the value of worship and the value of morals/mu'amalah. Therefore, it is very important to inculcate religious values, especially through religious activities such as Islamic holidays in order to build a nation that is peaceful and harmonious and prosperous in accordance with religious teachings. Islamic holidays that are held in the village of Manarap Tengah Handil Bahalang are Islamic New Year or 01 Muharram, Ashura Day 10 Muharram, Maulid Nabi, Isra Mi'raj, Nuzulul Qur'an or the night of 17 Ramadan, Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha.
