Abstract

The period of the pandemic forced many changes in various areas of social life. A group particularly strongly affected by the effects of isolation were people under 60 years of age. As part of the post-pandemic support project for this group, a comprehensive needs study was undertaken. Supporting activities were organized on this basis, including those related to the spiritual plane. In the light of the project research, it can be seen that the crisis situation has developed developmental tendencies in the sphere of religiosity among the respondents. In addition, it has resulted in initiatives with features of religious innovation. The postulate resulting from the project is to strengthen the cooperation of institu-tions supporting seniors with religious communities and to organize pastoral care tailored to the needs of a specific group.
