Abstract

Our article focuses on the relationship between Orthodox religion and science in the life of young researchers from St. Petersburg. 60% of young people in Russia consider themselves Orthodox. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 40 informants. We can conclude that there is no hard conflict between science and the Orthodox religion in the opinion of young scholars in their everyday life. This is a preliminary study. It needs further verification
