Building up on this, two own studies are introduced, which underline challenges (God image research among Sunni-Muslim children) as well as chances (religiosity and its psychological correlates) of the psychology of religion in the Islamic context of Turkey. This paper was commenced before the coup attempt on July 15th, 2016 and completed before the closure of Süleyman Şah University on July 23th, 2016.
