The result was 397 hours of improvement on the axle component of The Dump Truck. 86% cause of axle damage due to shaft trunnion left head broke up. Reliability analysis Dump Truck obtained by MTTR value equal to 40, 1095 hours. Design life Dump Truck is 42,9188 hours (90%) and 29,9466 hours (95%). The axle damage reduction solution is by road repairs, reducing the loading capacity of Dump Trucks, performing routine engine maintenance and taking into account the conditions of the Dump Truck driver.
