Abstract

At present, China’s CNC machine tool production level and foreign advanced technology compared, there is still a big gap, whether it is reliability, or failure rate. In recent years, foreign brands into the domestic market, China’s CNC machine tool market expansion, in order to improve the international competition, we must solve the reliability of our current CNC machine tools. Only by improving the reliability of machine tools, it can reduce to a certain extent machine tool manufacturing costs and costs, such as maintenance, compensation for losses, and so on but also can expand the export of CNC machine tools, in order to increase the income of foreign exchange. The advantages of CNC machine tools are their high degree of automation, stable processing quality, and high comprehensive processing efficiency. CNC machine tools to maintain or realize this characteristics and advantages, its important premise is to ensure that the CNC machine tool can stable work, so the reliability of the comprehensive performance and efficiency of CNC machine tool has the most direct influence, also because of this, the reliability of CNC machine tool for better development and application of CNC machine tool technology has a very important role in promoting. The paper uses literature research method, qualitative analysis method, and quantitative analysis method, by reading a lot of literature, BP-AdaBoost algorithm, and other basic concepts, through the analysis of CNC machine reliability research status, and analyzes the energy consumption of various industries in 2020. At present, the CNC machine tool based on BP-AdaBoost algorithm contains multi-source reliability information, but there are some disadvantages such as missing and acquisition difficulties. If we can make full use of these imperfect information to make up for the lack of fault data, and improve the reliability evaluation accuracy is an urgent problem to be solved.
