Abstract

The permanent magnetic actuator(PMA), which has the function of permanent magnetic maintenance and electronic control, is widely used in vacuum circuit breakers due to its advantages of simple structure and accurate control. With the development of vacuum circuit breaker, more and more attention has been paid to the reliability of PMA. The reliability of PMA is closely related to its parameter state and working environment. Therefore, multiple factors need to be integrated to judge its reliability. In this paper, the life test, temperature test and demagnetization test are carried out for the monostable PMA. The Weibull model is established. The influence of temperature and current of the opening coil on its reliability is quantified. Finally, a neural network is established to predict the reliability of the monostable PMA under multi-factors. The model reflects the relationship between the temperature, the current of the opening coil, the working times and the reliability of monostable PMA.
