Abstract

In the road milling process, the milling cutter head of the construction equipment is easy to fail. In order to ensure that the milling cutter head works reliably, the paper combines the actual working conditions of road milling and uses the orthogonal test method, based on the discrete element method. Numerical simulation of the working process is carried out to obtain the stress distribution of the milling cutter head during the working process. On this basis, the reliability of the milling cutter head is calculated based on the stress-strength interference model, and the reliability of the milling cutter head and the diameter of the cutter head are established through regression analysis., The mapping relationship between milling angle and rotor speed, and the use of genetic algorithm to obtain the parameters of the milling cutter head with the highest reliability The results show that the optimized cutter head diameter is 25 mm, the milling angle is 30 degrees, the rotor speed is 10rad/s, and the advancing speed is 0.15m/s. The reliability of the cutter head without fracture and failure is 0.999402. Taking the Wirtgen W2000 road milling machine as an example, the number of cutter heads installed is 174, and the total reliability of the milling rotor without cutter head fracture is 0.901.
