Abstract
The reliability of Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) is superior compare with that of the Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier (TWTA). This is an one advantage of SSPA to realize the high reliability communications satellite. This paper describes the recent activity for the verification of the reliability of SSPA and design method for the high reliability SSPA.
