Abstract

In a hydraulic system, the hydraulic impact caused by sudden closure of the hydraulic valve or prompt braking action will give rise to the closing of the device and the breaking of hydraulic element and cause equipment vibration and make the system work abnormally, when the hydraulic pipe is made of different materials. The paper discussed the reliability problem of a hydraulic pipe made of different materials under impact vibration with finite probability information, using probability and statistics theory, hydraulic technology, reliability theory to analyse the reliability of hydraulic pipe made of different materials, the computer program was used to obtain the reliability optimisation design information of the impact vibration systems under non-normal distribution parameters accurately and quickly.
