Abstract
Smart electricity meter is an important computing terminal in the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things, and its reliable life is very important. In this paper, a reliable life evaluation method of smart electricity meter based on Copula function is proposed. This paper introduces a degradation modeling method for clock and metering units of smart electricity meter, and obtains the reliability function of clock and metering units of smart electricity meter. Copula function is used to describe the correlation between the clock unit and the metering unit, and the reliability function of the whole smart electricity meter is calculated, and the reliability life of the whole smart electricity meter is evaluated.
