A pilot test of the survey instrument was administered to 60 health professionals (nurses and doctors) from a selected teaching hospital in Malaysia. Both IBM SPSS Version 23 and SmartPLS softwares were employed to examine the reliability and validity of the survey instrument at this stage of the pilot study.
