Abstract

In the presented article, it is proposed to pay attention to a rather relevant aspect in the implementation of rights to land plots that are in state and municipal ownership, namely, the main problems are identified when bidding in electronic form. At present, the role of the land has increased significantly, therefore, the formation of certain conditions for the legal regulation of the use of this object is required. The author, by revealing the main changes in the legislation in the area under consideration, reveals the features and shortcomings of the procedure for conducting electronic trading.
