Abstract
Zipper injuries to the penis are not uncommon and generally occur when an uncircumcised male zips up his pants too quickly and entraps the foreskin of the penis in the zipper.1-3 The male is usually between 3 and 6 years of age and may not have been wearing underpants. When the patient presents to the office or emergency department, he is usually in a great deal of pain and may be very anxious.
