Abstract
Abstract To establish the nature of 0.7 and 0.9 μ-emission bands in cuprous oxide their excitation spectra, excitation spectra of free carriers cyclotron resonance and magneto-optic polarization adn intensity spectra have been investigated. On the basis of these data it was concluded that the bands are caused by relaxed excitons, localized near oxygen and copper vacancies.
